Why This Fee Exists

The CRRA provides operational, maintenance, and replacement services for the above public-facing areas throughout Cougar Ridge. This work is performed at a higher level of care than what the City offers and helps ensure Cougar Ridge continues to look and feel well-maintained.

The CRRA is registered as a legal encumbrance on residential properties developed by United Communities Inc., Apex LP, and Cougar Ridge Developers Ltd. This means that when you signed off on your home purchase, you signed an agreement to pay these fees.
